Using the Document Dashboard in the HR App

This article explains how to use the Document Dashboard in the Luvelo HR app to view employee document requirements and check the status of each required document.

Steps

  1. Open the Luvelo HR app.

  2. Confirm that the HR home screen is displayed.

  3. On the HR home screen, locate the Document Dashboard tile.

  4. Click on the Document Dashboard tile.

  5. Search for an employee

    1. The dashboard displays a table of employees who belong to a specific configured group in Luvelo. The table shows the required documents for each employee and the current status of each document.

    2. To search, click inside the Search by employee name field.

    3. Enter the employee's name or part of the employee's name.

    4. Review the filtered results displayed in the table. The dashboard will filter the list based on the search text entered.

  6. If the required document type is not immediately visible:

    1. Click the Select document type dropdown.

    2. Select the relevant document type from the list.

    3. Review the filtered results displayed in the table. This helps narrow the dashboard results to a specific document type, such as a certificate, license, screening document, or other required HR document.

  7. If the relevant employee and document are found:

    1. Review the document status.

    2. If the document status is Valid or Expired, click the employee's name.

    3. The related document details opens in the HR app on the New Document screen.

      This allows the user to view the existing document details directly from the dashboard.
