The daily fuel recon confirms each fuel dispenser's current meter reading, backed by a photo. It must be completed every day, before any fuel is dispensed. This article shows you how to complete it, and how to update or delete one you have saved.
Scenario: It's the start of the day at the filling point. Before any fuel can be dispensed, you need to record the current meter reading of each fuel dispenser and take a photo of it.
Roles Required: FuelRecon
Create a Fuel Recon
Log in to Luvelo Fleet.
Click the Fuel Recon tile from the home screen.
On the Fuel Recon screen, click the plus (+) icon to add a recon.
Every fuel dispenser is listed. For each one, enter the current meter reading, then click ‘Take photo’ to attach a photo of the dispenser’s totalizer or cumulative meter reading.
NOTE: Make sure every dispenser you plan to use that day is done, as fuel cannot be dispensed without a daily recon.
Click ‘Save’ to save the daily recon record.
Update Reconciliation
Find and click on the fuel recon record you wish to update.
For the relevant fuel dispenser, make the necessary adjustments to the meter reading. Or, to provide an updated photo of the reading, click on the red trash can icon below the photo. Then click on ‘Take photo’ to attach a new photo.
Click ‘Save’ to save the updated recon.
Alternatively, you can delete the entire record by clicking on the white trash can icon on the top right of the screen. Then click on ‘Ok’ on the pop-up window to confirm the deletion. You will notice that the record will no longer appear on the list of fuel recon records.
NOTE: Deleting today's recon means a new one must be completed before fuel can be dispensed.
