Purpose: This guide provides a sequential process for setting up the Luvelo Point of Sale (PoS) application for the first time. Follow the steps in the order they are presented to ensure a successful setup.
Accessing the App
Required Role:
Log in to Luvelo POS using the mobile app or by visiting app.luvelo.org/pos in your web browser.
Sequential Steps
Add Categories: These are the class or division of the product.
Add Products: These are the products you will be selling or tracking using the PoS application.
Add Product List: You can create dedicated lists for specific types of shops or purposes (e.g., a "Tuck Shop" list and a "Gift Shop" list).
Add Payment Methods: To enable your business to accept and accurately track various forms of payment from customers.
Record a Sale: Once you have completed the above steps, you are ready to record your first sale.
